Where we actually drive
Plenty of repair companies list forty city names they have never driven to, because a location page is cheap to publish. We would rather name eleven places we genuinely service and be honest about what turnaround looks like in each one. Fargo, West Fargo, Horace and Moorhead are effectively same-day territory. The smaller towns are next-day more often than not, and we will tell you which one you are getting when you call rather than after you have waited.

What actually changes from town to town
The repair itself does not change. What changes is logistics, and that is the part that decides whether your fridge is fixed today or Thursday.
- Parts availability. Common Whirlpool, Maytag, GE and Frigidaire parts are usually local. Samsung and LG boards and sealed-system components more often ship in, which adds a day or two regardless of which town you are in.
- Drive time and scheduling. Metro calls can flex through the day. Casselton, Mapleton, Argusville, Glyndon and Georgetown get scheduled into blocks so one trip covers more than one job — better for us, cheaper for you.
- Winter. When the interstate is blowing shut, rural runs get pushed. We will call you rather than leave you sitting by a window. Our winter appliance guide covers the failures that spike in January — frozen dryer vents, garage fridges cycling wrong, ice makers that stop filling.
- Housing age. North Fargo and older Moorhead neighbourhoods bring belt-and-roller-era laundry and 240V wiring quirks. Horace and West Fargo bring newer control boards, inverter compressors and smart diagnostics. Different problems, same visit fee.

Do you charge extra to come outside Fargo?
Small towns on this list are handled with a scheduled block rather than a surprise travel surcharge. Whatever applies to your address is quoted to you on the phone before we drive, so there is nothing new on the invoice.
How fast can you reach the smaller towns?
Fargo, West Fargo, Horace and Moorhead are frequently same-day. Harwood, Dilworth, Mapleton, Casselton, Argusville, Glyndon and Georgetown are usually next-day, sooner if we already have a call heading that direction.
Do you cross the river into Minnesota?
Yes. Moorhead, Dilworth, Glyndon and Georgetown are regular territory, not an afterthought. A good share of our landlord and property manager work is Moorhead-side.
My town is not on the list — can you still come?
Ask. If you are within about thirty minutes of Fargo we will usually say yes, and if we genuinely cannot get to you we will tell you straight instead of taking the booking and cancelling later.
